Banana Papaya Sauce
for grilled fish
Yield - 2 cups
from Merriman's Restaurant on the Big Island Hawaii

We serve ours on a salad of papaya, mac nuts and baby greens.

Ingredients:
1/2 ripe papaya, peeled and seeded   1 banana
1/3 c. plain yogurt   1/3 c. lime juice
1/3 c. lemon juice   1 Tbsp. honey
Directions:
  • Place all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth..
