Driving Directions to The Broker Restaurant (Downtown Denver). These directions apply from I-25 coming from the north or south.
1.   Exit Speer BLVD South.
2.   Follow Speer Blvd South to the bottom of the Speer Viaduct.
3.   At the bottom is a stop light which is one of five that you should count.
4.   The fifth light is Lawrence on which you will turn left (north).
5.   From Lawrence turn right onto 17th Street (East), get in the left lane
      after making your turn.
6.   Go three blocks East on 17th Street (1-Arapahoe, 2-Curtis, 3-Champa)
7.   After crossing Champa, The Broker will be immediately on your left in
      The Colorado Business Bank Building.

8.   Other parking in the area tends to cost $5.00 in the evening.
9.   Nearest parking lots are at 18th & Champa.
10. Before parking in a garage, please check their hours so you don't get
      locked in. 11. Most streets are one way, but not all.
12. We are four blocks from the Denver Center For The Performing Arts.
13. If you choose to park on the street (at a meter only), you must pay the
      meter until 10:00 PM except on Sundays and holidays.

Valet Parking is $10 per car at the front door on Friday & Saturday after 5 pm for all restaurant guests. An assortment of lots, meters and garages are just around the block.
