At The Plantation House Restaurant, fish is our specialty. I love cooking the fish from our Hawaiian waters because the flavors are so clean and delicate, and the texture so diverse. I strongly recommend that while you're in Hawaii, you try the fresh fish--and while you're here in the restaurant, you try one of ours. We do it the best and we know that you'll love it.
