Bammel Hall is located in the heart of River Oaks between Kirby and
Buffalo Speedway.
Bammel Hall offers a
perfect destination for rehearsal dinners, cocktail receptions,
corporate events, holiday parties, meetings, seminars, trainings,
Bar Mitzvah/Bat Mitzvah, anniversaries, fundraisers.
There is a 50 people
minimum to rent the Bammel Hall.
Bammel Hall minimums are inclusive of food, beverage, linen,
security, cleaning fee,
tax and service
charges. Bammel Hall minimums below:

Bammel Hall Policies
• A 21 days cancellation notice is required to
avoid the house charge of $750.00.
• A 30 days cancellation notice is required to avoid losing your 25%
deposit fee in December.
• We must receive your guarantee number of guest via fax or email 1
week prior to your reservation date. You will be financially
responsible for the guaranteed number of guest at an average cost
per person. Anyone reserving Bammel Hall is responsible for the
minimum requirements should your party fall short of the minimums.
Room minimums are inclusive of food and beverage, and do not
including, linen, security, cleaning fee, tax and service charge. No
bands or DJ’s without prior written consent from Palazzo’s Catering.
All parties must end by midnight or after hour charges apply.
• A 12’ X 12’ Dance floor may be rented for $400.00 if you are
having a DJ.
• No DJ’s without prior written consent from Palazzo’s Catering.
• No bands will be permitted.
• All parties must end by midnight or after hour charges apply.
• Linen tablecloths are charged based on color and quantity needed.
• We do require a 25% deposit to guarantee your event date at Bammel
Hall.
• The per person price is guaranteed if the guest list increases,
however the cost could increase if the guest list drops by more than
10%.
• There is a 3% service charge on all credit card transactions. |
