Abundance Vineyards, Bountiful Blanc - 2006
Bountiful Blanc comes from Lodi, California, home of the renowned old vine zins. This pale straw colored wine starts with your typical floral nose, characteristic of the Symphony varietals. Two Rivers Riesling - 2007
Produced in Grand Junction, Colorado, this slightly sweet wine has aromas of orange blossom, pear and apple. It has a clean, lime and mineral taste. $8 $28
Catena Chardonnay - 2005
This Chardonnay comes to us from the high altitude Mendoza area of Argentina. It is light yellow in color with aromas of apple and pear and hints of cinnamon and minerals. The taste is full yet clean, with fresh, crisp acidity. It will be great with a variety of our dishes. $10 $31
Fess Parker Viognier - 2006
No coonskin caps here, just a wine with aromas of honeydew, apricot and vanilla. Its taste is of peach and pear. The wine has a rich, round mouth feel and a luscious, lingering finish.   $37
Dog Point Sauvignon Blanc - 2006
This New Zealand produced white's aromas are of tropical fruit and fresh herbs. The taste is of grapefruit, lemons and limes. It is very bright and fresh tasting. $12 $37

Red wines are more complex than their white cousins because they are produced using both the pulp and the skins of the grapes and it is from the skins that many different tastes originate. Il Poggio Sangiovese, Tuscany - 2007
This estate bottled wine is a blend of Sangiovese (85%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (15%). It has a ruby red color with a violet edge. The aroma is delicate and reminiscent of violets. The flavor is dry, slightly tannic. It is best combined with red meats. $7 $15
Rosso Di Montepulciano D.O.C. Tuscany - 2006
This is a wonderfully bright and smooth tasting table wine that goes with all of our food. It is a combination of Prugnolo gentile (90%) and Colorino (10%) grapes. This wine is fresh and young with perfumes of ripe fruit, particularly blackberries and raspberries. It goes particularly well with soups, first courses and meats. $8 $19
Pierre Olivier Cotes du Rhone - 2006
This is an easy to drink, soft wine from France. It has a pleasing aroma of red fruits and the hint of pepper in the flavor. $7 $23
Campus Oaks Old Vine Zinfandel - 2006
Zinfandel is truly the All American wine grape and the vines that produce this red are nearly 100 years old. The aroma is of mixed red fruit and, as is typical of Zinfandels, there is a pleasing taste of peppery spices. $8 $23
Yalumba Shiraz - 2005
This Australian red has aromas of blueberries and blackberries. It has a lighter taste than most Shiraz based reds because this one is blended with a small amount of Viognier, a white varietal. The result is red that is juicy and refreshing with a slight taste of spice. $8 $25
Tudal Winery Tractor Shed Red - 2006
This red is a very unique blend of Sangiovese, Merlot and Zinfandel grapes. Spices mark the initial taste while the final taste is of ripe sweet plums, berries and toffee. Only 200 cases produced. $10 $27
Sangiovese Di Romagna Riserva, Tuscany - 2004
These large Sangiovese grapes are grown in the hills surrounding Castel San Pietro and Imola. Aging takes place over 24 months in Slavonia and Allier oak, which gives this wine an intense ruby color with a touch of pomegranate. The aroma is intense, while the flavor is dry and a little tannic. $9 $29
Panacea Cabernet Sauvignon - 2005
This red from California is most Cabernet and a bit of Merlot. The result is a silky smooth feel with flavors of Bing cherries, raspberries and chocolate. $10 $30
Las Rocas de San Alejandro Garnacha Vinas Viejas. Calatayud - 2005
The 2005 Las Rocas Vinyas Viejas comes from high altitude, low yielding, 100+-year-old Grenache vines and is aged in French and American oak. It is very aromatic, with a splendid perfume of spice box, lavender, kirsch, and blueberry. It is also has a rich, long finish. 91 Points, Wine Advocate $9 $33
Kinton Syrah - 2005
This wine from Santa Barbara County is dense and elegant. It is filled with plum and dark berry, brightened by notes of cherry, spiced with black pepper and smoky dark chocolate. $10 $33
Chateau Parenchere, Bordeaux Superieur - 2005
From the much sought after 2005 vintage, this wine is a blend of, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 43% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc, and 1% Petite Verdot. It is rich and ripe but still in balance with black fruit accented by classic stone environment and subtle oak. It hints at tobacco and plum and cedar and earth. Fine tannins provide a memorable finish.   $9 $35
Stryker Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon - 2004

Punto Final Malbec Reserva - 2005
A joint effort from two of the most respected winemakers in the business, Alberto Antonini and Hector Durigutti, the wine is deep red in color with intense violet shades. On the nose, a combination of red fruits and toasty notes given by French oak are evident. In the mouth, the wine is complex, plush and structured. The Prisoner - 2006
The Prisoner is a blend form Orin Swift Cellars, St. Helena, California. This unusual blend of Zinfandel, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Syrah and Charbono combines big, rich flavors with enough bright acidity to keep the wine balanced and juicy. This wine is dark, immense and packed with zesty wild berry, spice, floral and currant flavors that are sharply focused and well-defined.   $49
Liano Sangiovese/Cabernet Sauvignon - 2004
This red wine is devoted to Liano, a small and picturesque hamlet on the hills above Castel San Pietro in Emilia Romagna. This Sangiovese (70%), Cabernet Sauvignon (30%) blend is smooth as silk. The smell is complex, wide, intense and persistent. There are light touches of vanilla with a feeling of ripe fruit and spices. $52

Boroli Barolo, 92 Points Wine Spectator - 2001
This wine features lots of dried flowers and ripe strawberry aromas with follow through to a full-bodied palate, with velvety tannins and a long finish. 100% Nebbiolo grape - aged in barrique for 24 months, followed by 12 months in the bottle. This is a relatively new wine in Piedmont with a very small production. It is 100% estate wine, all form the Boroli vineyards in Castiglione Falletto. $58
Marchesi di Gresy Barbaresco "Martinenga" - 2003
This Piedmont wine is garnet red, brilliant, with orange hues. Its bouquet is intense and harmonious, reminiscent of wild wood berries, strawberries and sour black cherry jam with a pleasant balsamic note of cloves. This incredible Barbaresco is 100% Nebbiolo from a single vineyard. It is aged in French barrique for six months then moved to larger barrels for 14 months, followed by 10 months in the bottle. Alberto di Gresy founded this winery, located in Langhe, near Alba, in the 1960s and began making his own wine in 1973.   $62

86 % Tempranillo, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 4% Merlot fermented in barrel and aged in French oak for 16 months. Castello di Bossi Corbaia Super Tuscan - 2003
This Super Tuscan is a classic blend of 70% Sangiovese and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and was first introduced in 1985. Corbaia is fermented in wooden barrels and matured in oak barriques for two years. Intense ruby red in color with garnet hues, Corbaia offers jammy aromas of black currant, cherry and cassis with hints of tobacco, chocolate and coffee. Racy notes of apricot, lychee and pineapple. This elegant ice wine retains its freshness and vibrancy, sweet, but not cloying. It is an exceptional accompaniment to biscotti, fruit tarts and crème brulee or great just on its own. $8  
NV Bonny Doon Vineyard, Framboise
This is a wine that screams raspberry from start to finish. It's a perfect accompaniment to chocolate, vanilla bean ice cream or cheesecake. It is also excellent by itself! $8  
Bodegas Olivares Monastrell Dulce - 2001
This wine is produced form 128-year-old Mourvedre vines in Spain. The grapes are harvested very late in the growing year when they have the greatest amount of sugar in them. This sweet wine has intense flavors of ultra-ripe black fruits, raisins, licorice, tar and spice. $12  
 NV Smith Woodhouse, 10 Year Tawny Port
Produced in Portugal (of course), this wine has huge aromas of toffee, caramel and honey. The taste is full-bodied and luscious, with lots of sweet fruit and a long subtle finish that goes on and on. $12  
NV Cossart Gordon, 15-Year-Old Bual Madeira
The 15-year Bual is a warm inviting wine with well rounded fruit flavors, wonderfully raisiny and spicy on the palate. This Madeira is the perfect drink after a great MoZaic dinner. $12

NV Zardetto Prosecco
This very clear, fragrant aromas wine is produced in Veneto, Italy. The aromas are delicately soft and taste is of apples and pears. Finished clean and dry ... all that a Prosecco should be.   $28

NV Gruet Blanc de Noirs
This is a great sparkling wine. It is produced in New Mexico, and because it is made outside of the Champagne district of France, it cannot be called champagne. It has no year of production (NV), which is also very typical of sparkling wines from around the world. This sparkler is aged for at least two years giving it a rich texture and an endless stream of tiny small bubbles (lots of small bubbles is a good thing). The amazing berry aromas and the creamy texture make a wine that is finesse defined. $8 $30
NV Joan Esteve Cava Avinyo Brut
This crisp sparkler is Spain's answer to Italian Prosecco. This special non-vintage cuvee (or mixture of grape varietals) is made from grapes rare to the U.S.: Macabeu, Parallada and Xarel-lo. The result is a soft, medium bodied sparkler with a frothy effervescence. It offers abundant amounts of fresh citrus, grapefruit and pears.   $30
NV Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne
This wonderful French Champagne is bright and substantial, with apple pear aromas and slightly exotic notes of lemon cream and floral flavors. It is refreshingly fresh and crisp.   $39
NV Chartogne-Taillet Champagne, Brut
This Champagne has not residual sugar, therefore the Brut designation. The aromas of this sparkler are dominated by apples and toffee. It has complex flavors of caramelized apples and ripe pears. It finished with a slight hint of nuts and toffee.   $54
