At The Restaurant at Hotel Wailea, discover the flavors of the islands in our alfresco setting with sweeping views of three Hawaiian islands. The restaurant showcases its artistry with fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from farmers and fishers throughout the region.

Our "culinary casual" fare reflects the best of the islands' colors, scents, and tastes. Guests are invited to select  from a three or five-course prix fixe menu, and dishes can easily be converted to vegan or gluten-free.
