New Hat: Former Mélange
chef-owner David Frappiea finds a new home at the Grill at
Ryan Ranch.
"Given its proximity
to the Ryan Ranch business park, the Grill entertains a brisk
lunch crowd, including their popular Grab ‘n’ Go take-out. “So
far, we’ve updated about 50 percent of the dinner menu,” says
Frappiea, noting that they’ve kept popular mainstays. The
Grill benefits from Frappiea’s view that superior meals begin
with quality ingredients. The stocks, reductions and sauces
are all made from scratch, as are the pasta, and soon, he
hopes, a wider offering of housemade desserts." |
