In the summer of
1994, Jefff came to the Craftwood Inn and began training under two
of the Springs most skilled chefs. As the Sous Chef, he
gained the experience that would allow him to become the Executive Chef
in the fall of 2000.
In his travels, Jeff
has experienced regional cuisine from Hawaii, the Caribbean,
Europe, and the Southwest, and fused it with his own knowledge to
create a unique style of Colorado cuisine.
During his first
year as Executive Chef, the Craftwood Inn was named Best Fine Dining by
the Gazette Telegraph. Chef Jeff has participated in several fund
raisers and culinary competitions, and also has hosted the
Winemakers Dinner at the Craftwood Inn for the past two years.
When he is not
preparing culinary delights, Jeff can be found in the mountains of
Colorado, fishing, camping, hiking, or maybe just enjoying a glass
of fine wine. |
