Cetrella specializes in private lunches,
dinners, receptions and business meetings.
The restaurant can
accommodate private parties from 10-250 people year round,
except major holidays.
Cetrella also offers an option of themed
dinners. For example, a family style Italian or Spanish dinner
complete with music and décor. Our goal is for our guests to
enjoy an unparalleled private dining experience.

ROOMS
There is no room set-up fee or room charge. To reserve a
room for the entire evening, a food and beverage minimum is
required, specific to each private dining area, and not including
service and applicable taxes. Sales tax of 8.25% and gratuity of 20%
will be added to all private parties.

AMENITIES
Personalized printed menus and candles are included. Special
arrangements such as themed decoration, floral arrangements, place

Please be advised that there is a service surcharge of $3.50 per
person for bringing in your own dessert.

HOLDS, DEPOSITS AND
CANCELLATIONS
To confirm your reservation, we require a signed contract,
credit card authorization, and a 50% estimated food and beverage
deposit, which will be charged upon receipt of the contract.
Cancellations made 30 days or less before a confirmed event will

Please make food and wine selections a minimum of twelve days
prior to your event. Please advise us of any special dietary
needs and we will do our best to accommodate them. Vegetarian

Family Style
ˇ Suggested for business and social gatherings, birthdays,
weddings, and large groups.
ˇ Choose one first course, one pasta, two entrees, and one
dessert. The pasta and entree courses are provided on large,
self-serve platters.
Plated Banquet Style
ˇ Suggested for business and groups viewing
audio/visual presentations.
ˇ A traditional and slightly more formal style, served
individually per person.
ˇ Choose one first course, one pasta, two entrees, and one
dessert. Parties larger than 40 guests must provide an entree
count seven days prior to the event date.
CHEESE COURSE
Our European formaggeria -- cheese aging room -- houses some of the
worlds most prized artisan cheeses from the U.S., Spain, Italy
and France. A cheese course can be a unique, special treat for
your guests. View cheese list on the
regular menu, and be sure to discuss the various options with the
Director of Private Dining, as you plan your event. |

Blending casual elegance with rustic
charm, Cetrella spans three large dining rooms. The Main Dining Room
overlooks an enormous exhibition kitchen; the other two each include a
stone fireplace and have their own distinctive charm with table
seating, cozy upholstered booths and a warm mix of colors and
textures.

With it's own private
entrance, the elegant Provence Dining Room overlooks the restaurant's
herb garden and is perfect for rehearsal dinners, birthdays and
business dinners.
Beautifully restored 100-year old doors
originating from a French Abbey separate the Provence Room from the
Main Dining Room. Special custom-made hardware designed in
Switzerland, allow the doors to extend the length of the room when
open, and stack one against the other when closed, taking up very
little space. |

wood-framed casement windows open out onto the town's main street for

The cozy Wine Cellar Dining Room overlooks the restaurant's 3,500-bottle
Wine Spectator award-winning collection and is perfect for a private
meeting or intimate dinner with friends. The wine is stored on custom-designed
racks in a temperature- and humidity-controlled room with insulated antique
wire glass windows.
The room features a dramatic dining room table imported
from Italy seating up to 20.
